"Return worked out, but I was nervous for a bit"
I ordered from Hommi and ended up needing to return one item because the size didn’t fit right. The return was accepted, but the replies were slower than I expected, so I had to follow up myself a couple of times. I’ll be honest, I was a little worried I might get fooled or left hanging, but the refund did come through in the end. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just wish the return process was clearer and a bit faster

"really good quality stuff"
i ordered from hommi.jp once the quality was better than i expected. it feels really solid and doesn’t have that cheap look at all.

"Customer service was okay overall"
They took a bit longer to reply than I expected, and I was kind of sitting there like, okay, so what now, but once they got back to me, they did help me sort out the issue in the end.

Ordered from hommi.jp and it was mostly right. Had one small item that wasn’t the one I picked, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still kind of annoying. Delivery was fine and the main things were correct. Might order again, but would definitely check everything more carefully next time

The box showed up a bit dented, so the packaging was just okaaay. Nothing too crazy, but it definitely could’ve been better

"Shipping took forever, honestly"
I ordered from hommi.jp and, yeah, the shipping was just really slow. It said it would show up in a few days, but I ended up waiting almost 3 weeks. The tracking barely updated either, so I was kind of just sitting there wondering what was going on. The product itself was okay, I guess, but the delivery time made the whole thing feel not really worth it for me.

"Showed up right when they said it would"
My order got here right on time, just like they said it would. I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t sure if it would actually make it when expected, but yeah, no problems at all. Happy with it.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I tried hommi.jp mostly because the price was lower than I expected, reading between the lines, I wasn’t sure if the quality would match up. But it turned out to be good and felt like solid value for what I paid. I’d say it was worth the money for me.

"Kinda not sure if it's legit"
I checked the site out and it just feel a little risky to me. Not saying it's for sure bad, but I didn’t feel fully comfortable using it.
